Privacy
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Security
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Refund
All sales are final. No refunds available.

The following activities are prohibited from NDC:
1. Posting an ad if you are not located in the US
2. Posting an item for sale that is
3. not located in the US
4. is illegal to own, buy or sell in your area of residence
5. Posting an Ad that defames anyone or contains "hate speech"
6. Posting a multi-level marketing or other Prohibited Jobs
7. Posting pornography, nudity or other material that is obscene or adult in nature or harmful to minors
8. Solicitation of other users, except by placing an ad, including through use of NDC's email functionality to send unsolicited emails
9. Infringing the rights of third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, infringing on intellectual property rights such as copyright and trademark (e.g. offering counterfeit items for sale)
10. Discriminatory or offensive behavior and the usage of profanity or patently vulgar language
11. Encouraging others to break the law
12. Misleading others by false statements
You are not permitted to defame anyone or include "hate speech" directed at individuals or groups in your postings or in the emails that you sent via NDC.
NDC reserves the right to delete any ads or other content from the site that do not comply with the NDC Policies or otherwise negatively impact the community, NDC or third party. If you encounter any such ads, please flag it as such or contact us.
Our general rule is that you may not list, buy or sell items or services that are illegal to own, buy or sell in your state of residence, or that are not bought or sold in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

19. Pictures or images that contain nudity
20. Government and Transit Badges, Uniforms, IDs, Documents and Licenses (e.g. internal manuals of commercial airlines, polie or postal service uniforms)
21. Prescription Drugs and Devices
22. Prostitution or ads that offer sex, sexual favors or sexual actions in exchange for money
23. Recalled items
24. Stocks and Other Securities
25. Stolen Property
26. Tobacco Products
27. Used Cosmetics
28. Used or rebuilt batteries or batteries containing mercury
29. Weapons and related items (such as firearms, firearm parts and magazines, ammunition, BB and pellet guns, tear gas, stun guns, switchblade knives, and martial arts weapons)
The following types of Job ads are prohibited on the site:
1. Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
2. Business or job opportunities that require upfront or periodic payments
3. Business or job opportunities that pay only commissions, unless the Ad makes it clear that the sole source of compensation would be commission and clearly describes the product or service that would be sold
4. Business or job opportunities that require recruitment of other members, distributors or agents
5. Ads that are not clear regarding what type of work would be required
6. Ads for employment that are stating a preference or requirement based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability
The following types of Personal or Erotic Service ads are prohibited on the site:
1. Ads that contain pornography or individuals engaging in sexual activities
2. Ads that ask for sex from under age persons
3. Ads that offer sex or sexual activities in exchange for money, products or services
4. Ads that depicts a person(s), regardless of gender, engaged in actual sexual conduct
5. Ads that contain bestiality
6. Ads that contain masturbation
7. Ads that contain sadistic or masochistic abuse
8. Ads posted by Men in the "Women seeking Women" category
9. Ads posted by Men in the "Women seeking Men" category
10. Ads posted by Women in the "Men seeking Men" category
11. Ads posted by Women in the "Men seeking Women" category
The following types of items are generally permitted to be listed if and to the extent that their sale and purchase is legally permitted in your State of residence, and that such sales and purchases occur in compliance with applicable laws and regulations:

Property Owner's & Manager's Responsibilities

Renter's Rights
As someone seeking to rent an apartment, home or condo, you have the right to expect that housing will be available to you without discrimination or other limitations based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin. This includes the right to expect equal professional service, the opportunity to consider a broad range of housing choices, no discriminatory limitations on communities or locations of housing, no discrimination in the pricing or financing of housing, reasonable accommodations in rules, practices and procedures for persons with disabilities, and to be free from harassment or intimidation for exercising your fair housing rights.
The Law - Civil Rights Act of 1866
The Civil Rights Act of 1866 prohibits all racial discrimination in the sale or rental of property.
The Fair Housing Act
The Fair Housing Act declares a national policy of fair housing throughout the United States, making illegal any discrimination in the sale, lease or rental of housing, or making housing otherwise unavailable, because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin. Americans with Disabilities Act
Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act prohibits discrimination against persons with disabilities in places of public accommodations and commercial facilities.
The Equal Credit Opportunity Act
The Equal Credit Opportunity Act makes discrimination unlawful with respect to any aspect of a credit application on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age or because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program.
State and Local Laws
State and local laws often provide broader coverage and prohibit discrimination based on additional classes such as age, marital status or sexual orientation not covered by federal law. Please inform yourself about the Fair Housing Laws applicable in your state.
If you encounter an ad that is discriminatory and you believe that it violates Fair Housing Laws, please flag the ad as prohibited.
Posting Policies:
You can post up to 25 different ads per day on NDC. Duplicate ads or ads that are too similar to an existing Ad that you have posted can be posted in two (2) different categories per site within your city or region. Any more than two and your ads will be removed. We also ask that you not post outside the city or region you are located in and that you choose the right category for your ad. If you violate these policies your ad will be deleted (sometimes without notice). Attempting to post after having your ads removed may result in a "blocked" message notifying you that you have posted too many ads. To avoid this, please list whatever you are advertising only once per site within your city or region. If you want to re-list an item that you are already advertising on the site, delete your existing ad first.
Posting a listing with a link to another web site for the sole purpose of directing visitors to that web site is not permitted. You may, however, include a link in your post if it is to give the user more information about the item being offered (for example product details, pictures, etc.).
